Protecting the integrity of our platform is our top priority. Read our comprehensive guidelines on KYC procedures, processing fees, and creator responsibilities.
The Blue Checkmark on StuHive is the ultimate trust indicator. It signifies to students globally that the educator has undergone a strict manual review of their academic credentials, teaching expertise, and real-world identity.
To ensure platform safety and prevent fraudulent monetization, all applicants must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity check. During the application process on your profile, you are strictly required to provide:
You must upload a clear, legible PDF or Image of a Government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, PAN Card) or a valid Institutional College/University ID card.
A valid 10-digit mobile number is required for emergency contact and future payout verification mechanisms.
Maintaining a high standard of manual review and infrastructure security requires resources. Therefore, a strictly one-time verification processing fee of ₹99 (inclusive of all taxes) is applicable to all applicants.
The ₹99 fee exclusively covers the manual labor of our administrative team reviewing your credentials. Payment does not guarantee approval. If your documents are fake or illegible, the application will be rejected and the fee is forfeit.
All payments are handled via heavily encrypted Razorpay and UPI gateways. StuHive does not intercept, log, or store your credit card, debit card, or banking credentials.
Once the ₹99 payment is successful and your identity documents are securely uploaded:
If your request is rejected, the administration will provide a specific reason (e.g., "Blurry Aadhar Card" or "Name Mismatch"). You must resolve the highlighted issues and submit a completely fresh request. Repeated submissions of fraudulent documents will result in a permanent IP and account ban.
