The True Cost of Free Education
Running an enterprise-scale educational platform that serves gigabytes of high-quality PDFs to thousands of students daily is incredibly resource-intensive. We operate on a strict Zero Corporate Profit model. Every single rupee donated is injected straight back into the grid to keep your study sessions seamless.
High-Speed Compute
We utilize robust Azure and Next.js Edge compute instances to guarantee sub-100ms response times globally, ensuring your notes load instantly.
Secure Cloud Storage
Funding our massive Cloudflare R2 storage buckets. Every B.Tech PDF, PYQ, and handwritten note is safely encrypted and geographically distributed.
Database Operations
Scaling our MongoDB Atlas clusters to handle massive concurrent queries, user authentications, and global search indexing without crashing during exam seasons.
Security & Backups
Maintaining automated, redundant backup systems and enterprise-grade DDoS mitigation so that the community's intellectual property is never compromised.
The Ed-Tech Monopoly vs.
The StuHive Revolution
For years, massive ed-tech corporations have gatekept basic academic resources. They charge exorbitant monthly subscriptions just to view previous year question papers (PYQs), Class 12 board materials, or basic university semester notes. Education became a luxury rather than a right.
StuHive was engineered to break this monopoly. By utilizing modern, serverless architecture and a peer-to-peer network model, we have decentralized academic knowledge. We provide the platform, the community provides the notes, and together, we ensure that no student ever fails an exam simply because they couldn't afford the study material.
However, democratizing data isn't free. Serving terabytes of document bandwidth costs real money. When you donate to StuHive, you aren't just paying a server bill—you are actively sponsoring a student's education on the other side of the country. You are keeping the internet open, accessible, and ad-free.

"StuHive started as a small script on my laptop to help my classmates organize scattered WhatsApp notes. Today, it serves an entire generation of learners. As a solo developer, your support is my runway. It allows me to spend more time coding powerful features and less time stressing over escalating server bills."

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about supporting the StuHive infrastructure.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a globally trusted payment gateway utilizing bank-grade encryption and strict PCI-DSS compliance. We do not process, log, or store any of your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers.
Where exactly does my donation go?
100% of your donation goes directly toward covering our cloud infrastructure costs. This includes our Next.js edge-network hosting, secure Cloudflare R2 storage buckets (where the PDFs are kept), MongoDB database maintenance, and domain routing fees to keep the platform fast and ad-free.
Is this a one-time donation or a monthly subscription?
By default, all donations on this page are strictly one-time contributions. If you wish to support the StuHive mission continually, you are more than welcome to return and donate again. We will never auto-charge your bank account or initiate hidden subscriptions.
Can I remain anonymous on the Wall of Fame?
Yes, you have full control over your privacy. While we love featuring our dedicated supporters on the public Wall of Fame, you can simply type 'Anonymous' in the Name field during the checkout process to keep your contribution entirely private.
Do I get premium access to paid notes by donating?
No. Donations to this page are purely to support the free, open-source infrastructure of the site itself. Access to premium, paid notes in the marketplace is handled separately through individual purchases. This ensures that the original student creators and verified educators receive their fair 80% revenue share for their hard work.
